Vision Systems

 

Approved integrator for Cognex and Data Translation Inc. Systems can be supplied for various functions including:

• Inspection - component assemblies - print quality
• Code reading - bar and 2D matrix, for i.d. / traceability
• Orientation - for machine or process feed

• Recognition - features, patterns, physical presence, etc.
• Measurement - dimensions and shape

Software

Standard proprietary packages are customised to suit specific applications. This allows subsequent modifications to be made by anyone competent with the proprietary software (particularly beneficial for equipment destined for shipment overseas). Software is provided for:
