Flow Comparator

Description

Combining highly accurate flow testing with low costs and ease of use makes the Curtis Flow Comparator an indispensable asset. With a flow range of between 0.3 and 3.0 L/min and a resolution of 0.0001 L/min, precise flow measurements can be taken.

Calibration against master components give a typical repeatability and reproducibility of less than 7% while flowing at 0.6 L/min (nominal) with a +/-1% tolerance. With a cycle time of 15 seconds for a simple flow test, rising to 25 seconds for a dual test with backpressure (available as an optional extra) makes testing fast as well as accurate.

Flow Comparator Fixture
Flexible options for the Human Machine Interface and multiple user levels with password control, makes operation easy and quick to learn.
Results may be sent to an attached printer or as an optional extra imported directly into Microsoft Excel or similar for study or electronic storage.

The manually loaded, ergonomically designed test fixture is supplied with a basic tooling set. This can be changed quickly and simply, forming a flexible machine capable of testing a range of product types. Extra sets of tooling manufactured to custom specification can be quoted for upon request.
