Calibration
On site calibration
CAT offer an on site calibration service for our machines as part of a planned calibration schedule. At an agreed time interval, an engineer will visit the customer's site and carry out an over-check and calibration of all the sensors and transducers fitted to the machine.
A regular over check is vital to maintain machine calibration and product performance.
Mass Flow Rig for Flow Calibration
All equipment used in the transducer calibration is traceable to national standards including the electronic balance used during mass flow calibration.
Calibration Capabilities:
- Pressure up to 700 bar
- Temperature up to 200°C
- Flow up to 10 l/min
- Load up to 2KN
As part of each calibration the machine is given a thorough check and any items requiring attention are highlighted to the customer.
