Test Fixture and Basic Tooling	The manually loaded, ergonomically designed test fixture is supplied with a basic tooling set. This can be changed quickly and simply forming a flexible machine capable of testing a range of product types. Flow Comparator with Back Pressure Control
A highly accurate yet low cost inspection machine for comparing components with calibrated masters. Manual loading with results displayed at eye level and a footprint of just 600 x 600 mm. Temperature compensation maintains accuracy. Combining highly accurate flow testing with low costs and ease of use makes the Curtis Flow Comparator an unbeatable asset. Flow ranges of between 0.3 - 2.5 litres/min with a resolution of 0.0001 litres/min can easily be set using either of the two optional front ends. Calibration against master components gives a typical repeatable and reproducible accuracy of less than 7% while flowing at 0.6 litres/min (nominal) with ±1% tolerance and cycle time of 15 seconds for a simple flow test rising to 25 seconds for a dual test with back pressure (available as optional extra) make your tests fast as well as accurate.
